Lindsay's real estate career started in 2004, selling McMansions for Pulte Homes. In 2011, she opened up her own shop, City Chic Real Estate, a boutique brokerage in the hyper-competitive Washington, DC market. Lindsay's decision to go indie was fueled by her frustration in finding a brokerage that offered high levels of support for top producers like her. Using her background in marketing, web design, and technology, she created an “all-inclusive” experience for agents, where they could truly focus on relationships and selling homes. City Chic expanded operations over the years and now operates across the 1-95 corridor from Fredericksburg, VA to Baltimore, MD, including the Metro DC area.

In 2023, she expanded her reach by opening Happy Agent Co., where she coaches top-producing agents and speaks at events across the country.

Lindsay is always looking to live her best life through real estate, which led to her moving back to her hometown in New Hampshire in 2017, where she continues to run City Chic semi-remotely. She loves nothing more than a hot bowl of soup, laying on her yoga mat, and enjoying the beautiful life she’s built with her husband, Andrew, and three young kiddos, Lexi, Will, and Lizzie.
