Holli Hodges REALTOR ®

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, I moved to the DC area in 2001. The District has changed dramatically during my time here, and I have loved watching it transform into a truly world class city exhibiting the unique character of the people who call it home.

I have been fortunate enough to reside in a few of the loveliest neighborhoods in the area, which has given me pride in the real community and neighborhood spirit that is DC’s lifeblood, despite its transient reputation. I currently live in Petworth, both a hotbed of growth and a neighborhood full of old homes, older trees, and beautiful hills where people greet one another on the street. One of my favorite pastimes is exploring DC’s diverse and constantly evolving food scene. Every neighborhood has its hidden gem restaurants, and I make sure that my clients know where to go for a fantastic meal!

Fifteen years of experience in client service means that I understand the importance of taking responsibility and maintaining direct communication when building relationships. I will always strive to anticipate your needs, and offer honest value for service. You want to feel supported while navigating the sometimes-confusing bureaucracy that comes with buying or selling a home. As your agent, I will work every day to make your journey to closing as seamless and stress free (and FUN!!) as possible.

As a graduate of George Mason University with a BA in history, I love indulging my inner history nerd in my off time with all of the amazing museums and local sites that DC has to offer. Lincoln’s Summer Cottage is right in my neighborhood, alongside the oldest cemetery in the District! I also enjoy photography, writing, spending time with my wonderful boyfriend, and using him as a guinea pig for new recipes. He enjoys being my guinea pig.
