Hi! I’m Jaclyn Cooper, the Director of Concierge Services at City Chic Real Estate. I joined the team in 2016, and now I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. For the past 15 years I have worked in customer service, and I strive to give my clients an exceptional experience. I love that at City Chic, I can use my education and my work experience to add to an already amazing team of people!

My husband and I purchased our first home, so I’m familiar with all the feelings and questions that come along with making such a big purchase.
When I’m not helping all our wonderful clients, you can find me relaxing at home with my husband and two dogs (Cricket and Moose). I really enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, red wine, trying out new recipes, playing cards and board games, and of course binge watching great shows.
